This is basically a riff on our Bacon-Roasted Cauliflower recipe, and is likewise dead simple and delicious.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Fill a sheet pan with Brussels sprouts, slicing as necessary to achieve a uniform size.
- Snip some bacon over the top -- about 2 slices per pint of Brussels seems to work well.
- Stir it up.
- Roast until the bacon and Brussels sprouts are both crispy, stirring occasionally, about half an hour.
